Toasted Turkish bread with a Trio of Italian gourmet dips

Tasting platter :

Bruschetta della Casa – Tomato, Onion, Basil, Parmesan, Prosciutto, Bocconcini Cheese

Grilled Prawns – Served on a bed of mixed lettuce, basil, toasted pine nuts, orange, dressed with orange juice, lemon juice and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Formaggio Fritto – Camembert cheese, coated in almonds, fried, served with toast and a light red wine poached pear

Scaloppini al Pollo

Tender chicken scaloppini slices sautéed in a marsala (sweet), or citrus sauce. Served with in season vegetables and potato.

 

Saltimbocca ai Funghi

Veal slices, filled with mushrooms, Italian cheeses, herbs and coppa. Sauteed in a, fresh herb, white wine and tomato sauce. Served with in season vegetables and potato.

 

Dessert

Tasting platter :

Panna Cotta al Cioccolato – Delicate chocolate panna cotta, with a raspberry coulis

Torta di Cafe – White chocolate mudcake, with a Coffee cream center
